During my stay at Ramada By Wyndham Sparta/At Speedway, I was impressed by the beautifully remodeled lobby, which provided ample seating and easy accessibility for seniors. The staff were exceptionally attentive, making me feel valued throughout my visit.

More gluten-free breakfast options would be helpful.

my stay at ramada was great! the location is perfect, just a short drive to the ark encounter. the breakfast was impressive, offering a nice variety every morning. One staff member really stood out. she was super helpful when I got lost at 3:30am, guiding me with a smile. after my busy days, the indoor pool was a nice stress reliever.

The atmosphere was serene and the hotel was not overcrowded during my visit. Lisa at the front desk was exceptional. she managed both front desk duties and breakfast with grace and a smile. Additionally, the room was well-maintained, providing a cozy space for our family to unwind.

However, the breakfast area felt a bit cramped, especially during peak hours.

The room had a fresh feel with newer decor, making it a cozy spot after long days out. I appreciated the variety offered at breakfast—those waffles were a hit! The staff member who assisted me was truly a gem, especially when I got lost late at night. She went out of her way to help with directions and made sure I felt welcomed. However, some areas could use improvement. The carpets in the room had visible stains, and the elevator hadn’t seen a cleaning in ages. Elevators were also slow, causing delays. While our room was decent, it had an issue with the air conditioning. it didn't cool down effectively. Overall, it was a decent stay, but cleanliness and maintenance need attention.
